Sekarang gua dalam proses menjadi seorang ejen. InsyaAllah
dalam masa terdekat gua akan amek exam(s) untuk melayakkan gua mendapat lesen dan
menjadi ejen insurans yang sah. So, marilah membeli insurans dengan gua. Gua
akan memberikan servis yang terbaik, bukan sekadar lu beli, gua dapat duit,
then blah. No-No-No! Big NO!
Jadinya, sebagai seorang bakal ejen,
gua ada join kelas untuk mengasah skills gua. huhu. Dah lama tak masuk kelas
and belajar, gua suka okey. Semangat kobar-kobar nak ke kelas. Tapi, haruslah
ada homework yang patut hantar last Monday, gua delaykan ke hari ni untuk
submit. Typical Zana sangat. *mata ke
atas, tangan ke bahu*
Gua cuma nak share homework yang
kena buat. Dah siap dah. It is just for my future reference. Just in case,
nanti kertas yang tu patut gua simpan, kang ke mana-mana tujunya. Hahaha. Korang
bakal ejen baru jangan copy tau. Dosa! Gua tak halalkan. Haaaaaa…. Takut tak?

WHO AM
I?
My name is Zana. I am 30 years
old. I was born on 11.11.1984 in Kuching, Sarawak. I have five siblings, and
I’m the forth. My father is a police pensioner, and my mother is a housewife. I
am a degree holder, graduated from Universiti Industri Selangor (UNISEL). I am
a caring yet shy person, a person that believes in my own goals and values. I want to make sure that my life has
purpose. I love to share my
time by volunteering. For example, I volunteer myself joining the group to feed
the homeless people around Kuala Lumpur. Besides, I am a person who prefers
small group, where everyone knows everyone. My future
goals are to become a businesswoman, travel all around the world, volunteering
for animal rescue/ kids/ veterans, get married, and raise a family. I
realize that plans can change, but I’m willing to take whatever life throws at
me. I don’t want to be just another person who lives and dies. Moreover,
I am very excited and outgoing. I enjoy watching movies with family and friends.
I also enjoy doing a lot of different things such as playing games. I can
identify myself with so many things. I love sports (particularly badminton),
movies, surfing in the internet, hanging out with friends, and listening to
music.
WHERE AM I?
The happiest time in my life was when I graduated
from UNISEL. I am a bachelor degree holder in Bachelor in Science of
Information Technology (Hons.) majoring in Management Information System. After
I graduated, it’s quite hard for me to find a job as a fresh graduate. I work
as an Admin Assistant in Mechanical & Engineering company for 6 months,
than being offered to join ***** in Cyberjaya as Service
Desk Analyst. I’ve been working with ***** for 2 years when I decided to further
explore advanced techniques while mastering the industry standards in a setup
which provides challenging opportunities to learn and grow faster. I have learned a lot of things that how we can
manage work under pressure and how we can make good professional relation to
each other.
I am now a System Support Engineer in *****. I am proud to be one of the staff in ***** as it is such a
big IT company, and I have taught lots of new things here especially when it
comes to deal with our client directly. I am based in client office in KLCC.
Although, at the very first place I am quite afraid (or shy) to face them as I know how hard it will be to attend to
their issues / requests, but I can still manage to resolve their issue within
the time given.
WHERE AM I GOING?
I
truly don’t know the answer to the questions above, but I do know that I will
make it by my own abilities. I might not be the most apparent choice for some
things, and I may rise above everyone else in other cases. But, overall, I will
have to compete with everyone else in the world to make it. I plan to make the
most of my life. I want to be a businesswoman, have my own company label under
my name and be proud of it. I want to make my parent happy and provide
everything they want. I want to travel all around the world and explore new
place by my own. I want to be a helping hand for all the needy. I want to have
my own family and teach my children that’s life isn’t about lives, enjoy, and
dies.
HOW DO I GET THERE?
I want to achieve success so I could live a comfortable life;
have financial freedom, drive a nice car, and live in a beautiful house. In
order to reach my goal, I will need to think big, have knowledge of things that
I wanted to do, be responsible, manage my time wisely, committed, work hard, be
positive, dare to fail, straight forward, and focus. At first, I will start as
a part time Insurance Agent, get trust from my future clients, and learn from
seniors that have been successful in Insurance line. There are still lots of
things that I need to learn as every day is a new day and there are much more
things to explore and get the new experience in life. For the time being, I
will need to focus learning to get more and more knowledge about Insurance in
order for me to kick start my career as a part time Insurance Agent. Who knows
if it might change my life forever? J
